Sara is a graduate student in the Division for Late Medieval and Reformation Studies. She is originally from Southeast Texas, just shy of the Texas-Louisiana border. She received her BA in history, as well as a minor in philosophy, from Texas A&M University in May of 2025.
Sara is particularly interested in interdisciplinary history where she pulls from other fields, such as philosophy, sociology, and gender and women’s studies, to round out her worldview. Much of her current work involves examining instances of mass hysteria throughout history, particularly within a religious context.
