Kit Johnson

Kit completed their undergraduate degree in History at the University of Arizona with a thematic minor in the History of Medicine. Their undergraduate capstone research focused on the history of food as medicine in the global Middle Ages and its legacies of misinformation and harm in the age of the internet.
