Stefan Pohl-Valero (Universidad del Rosario, Bogotá, Colombia) will discuss "Defining Colombia's Nutritional Problem in the Early Cold War: Science, Public Health, and Development Politics and Policies, 1940-1950" on Friday, October 18th, 1-2 pm in Marshall Building 341. The talk will explore the institutions, actors, and kinds of knowledge involved in the process of defining and intervening in Columbia's nutrition in the 1940s and 1950s.
