I am a PhD student in the Division for Late Medieval and Reformation Studies, studying under Dr. Ute Lotz-Heumann, Dr. Marjorie (Beth) Plummer, and Dr. Susan Karant-Nunn. In 2019-2020, I will be completing my dissertation research in Germany as a Fulbright IIE Student Scholar (Research). My dissertation examines the impact that natural disasters had on communities of religious co-existence, where both Protestants and Catholics lived amongst one another, in the early modern period (ca. 1520-1750).
In 2016 I founded the UA History Department Journal, Footnotes: A Journal of History, and remained one of the co-managing editors for the first three years of its publication.
