Reed Battles is a graduate student in the Latin American caucus. Reed was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from Texas Christian University. His research interests focus on modern Mexican history, the Mexican Revolution, and urban history of Mexico City.
