Collaborative Learning Spaces
As the demand for CLSs grows, we are working diligently to ensure that the rooms are assigned to the courses that are best-suited for them.If you are interested in teaching in a CLS, you may apply to become a CLS Preferred Instructor which will help during schedule optimization. Please check the list before applying since many experienced CLS instructors have been pre-approved and added to the list based on evidence of their commitment to teaching excellence.
Room and Course Scheduling performs schedule optimization for requests submitted during Open Scheduling. Therefore, please work with your program/curriculum coordinator to submit the request for your courses. Preferences for specific rooms are no longer required. However, it is imperative that the Collaborative Learning Space Room Characteristic (35) is entered in the request.
