2013 Town and Gown Lecture - Dr. Edward Muir

Edward Muir, Clarence L. Ver Steeg Professor in the Arts and Sciences and Charles Deering McCormick Professor of Teaching Excellence at Northwestern University, will speak on "The 'People Who Believe in Nothing': Intolerable Thoughts in Late Renaissance Italy" on Wednesday evening, March 6, at 7:00 in the UA School of Music, Alice Y. Holsclaw Recital Hall. 

A reception in the foyer of Holsclaw Hall will conclude the evening.  Both the lecture and the reception are free and open to the public.
